FAQ

Do you take custom orders?

Yes, I do. If you're interested in a custom knife, feel free to reach out through the online contact form, by email at francesco@piccininknives.com, or via phone/WhatsApp at +39 3450804581. You can also pre-order knives from my production series directly on the website. After placing your order, I’ll personally get in touch with you to discuss all the details.

How long does it take to have my order delivered?

All my knives are entirely handcrafted, and I personally take care of every step in the making process. Because of the time and attention each piece requires, I work with a custom order waiting list which is usually around 4 to 6 months. This ensures that every knife receives the care and precision it deserves. For production series or in-stock items, delivery times may be shorter. Feel free to contact me for specific timelines.

How can I pay for one of your knives?

I accept credit/debit cards and PayPal as payment methods. If the customers wish to pay using other payment methods (e.g., bank transfer or payment link), they are encouraged to contact the seller via email at francesco@piccininknives.com. For custom orders, a 50% deposit is required to secure your place on the waiting list. The remaining balance will be due before the knife is shipped.

Where do you ship to?

II ship to most parts of the world using UPS express service, with delivery typically within 2–3 business days once the order is ready. I regularly ship throughout Europe, the United States, and Canada. When you place an order, I personally ensure that your knife is securely packaged and shipped safely to your address.

Why should I choose a handmade knife?

Handcrafting a knife requires a deep level of dedication, skills and passion. Unlike industrial mass production, handmade knives are the result of a personal journey where the maker is fully involved in every step, infusing the piece with intention and care.

A well-crafted custom knife is not just a tool: it’s a reflection of the craftsman's identity and values. When properly cared for, it can last a lifetime and be passed down for generations.

Supporting handmade also means supporting independent artisans and small businesses. Behind every knife I make, there’s not a factory but a person, a family and a commitment to excellence that relies entirely on the trust and appreciation of my customers.
